By accessing RO Control, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

This application is exclusively for authorized employees and operators of JM Valley Group franchise locations. Access requires a valid @jmvalley.com Google Workspace account.

2. Acceptable Use

Use the app only for legitimate franchise operations
Do not share your access credentials or attempt to access other users’ data
Do not attempt to circumvent security controls
Report any security concerns to your administrator immediately

3. Google Workspace Integration

By connecting your Google account, you authorize RO Control to access Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail on your behalf for operational purposes. You can revoke this access at any time.

4. Data Ownership

All operational data (tasks, schedules, checklists, reports) belongs to JM Valley Group. Your personal Google account data remains yours.

5. Service Availability

RO Control is provided as-is for internal use. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time by JM Valley Group administrators. Upon termination, your operational data will be retained per company policy.
